Boss99 is built exclusively for Malaysian players — combining world-class game variety, high-grade security systems, and customer service that understands local user needs. This is our story.
Who We Are
Boss99 is an online entertainment platform built specifically for the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We believe a great gaming experience isn't just about a large game collection — it also involves security, convenience, and the confidence that your money is in safe hands.
Since launching, boss99 has built its reputation on three core pillars: trust, variety, and convenience. Trust means we never compromise on data security and fair play. Variety means we continually expand our game library with titles from the world's top providers. Convenience means our platform is designed so that anyone, regardless of their technical experience, can use it comfortably.
We know that most Malaysian players access online platforms via smartphone — not desktop. That's why boss99 is fully optimized for mobile, with a lightweight app and a responsive interface across all screen sizes.

More About Us
Since the platform launched, boss99 has never stopped listening to feedback from its members. We believe players are our best partners in building a platform that is truly useful and enjoyable. Many of the features available today — including the lobby design, payment options, and responsible gaming features — were born from real player suggestions and feedback.
The boss99 community now spans players from all corners of Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Johor Bahru to Kuching. We take pride in this diversity and strive to ensure our platform remains relevant and accessible to all users, regardless of location or background.
Security is non-negotiable at boss99. We use multiple layers of protection to ensure your account and funds remain safe at all times. This starts with 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications between your device and our servers, through to a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that members can enable for added security.
The KYC (Know Your Customer) process at boss99 is straightforward yet thorough — designed to verify player identity quickly without compromising the user experience. This not only protects the platform from illegal activity, but also safeguards players themselves from any account misuse.
Boss99 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe online gaming is a legitimate and enjoyable form of entertainment when kept within healthy limits. That's why the boss99 platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control.
Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account. Session time limits can also be configured to send reminders when you have been playing too long. For those who need a longer break, the self-exclusion option allows players to suspend account access for a set period.
We also provide information and support resources for anyone who may be experiencing gambling-related issues. The well-being of our members is always a priority at boss99. Read more on the Responsible Gaming us.
We're not satisfied with what we've achieved so far. The boss99 team continuously works to improve every aspect of the platform — from technical performance and payment processing speed to game selection and customer service quality. Our goal is simple: to be the number one online gaming platform of choice for Malaysian players.
In the near future, you'll see even more new features at boss99 — including a more integrated gaming experience, more local payment options, and an enhanced loyalty program to reward our dedicated members. Stay tuned for the latest updates from boss99.
